Unlimited IT support.
One flat fee.
No surprise invoices.

IT Y'ALL is the only managed IT provider in DFW that doesn't charge extra when something breaks. Same monthly price whether you open one ticket or fifty — so fixing the root cause is our problem, not your budget's.

That's the number to compare a monthly IT plan against — not zero. Most owners are already paying for bad IT. They just aren't getting an invoice for it.

Most people land on this page with one of three problems. Find yours, and skip the rest of the menu.

"We just need help sometimes"

Hourly & On-Demand

Pay only for the time you use. Remote first, on-site when the problem needs hands on it. No retainer, no contract.

Billed by the hour · no retainer, no contract

  • Remote support, usually same day
  • On-site visits across DFW
  • Computer and laptop repair
  • Server repair and recovery
  • Upgrade to monthly anytime

Worth knowing: if you're calling most months, the flat plan almost always costs less. We'll flag it when you cross that line.

Monthly IT Support

We become your IT department. Unlimited tickets, monitoring, patching, security and backups for one predictable monthly price.

Unlimited tickets · one flat monthly fee · quoted after your audit

  • Unlimited help desk — no per-ticket billing
  • 24/7 monitoring and patching
  • Cybersecurity and endpoint protection
  • Backups and disaster recovery
  • On-site visits included
  • Quarterly IT roadmap with your owner

Not for you if you're a handful of people with a couple of laptops. Hourly support will cost you less, and we'll say so.

Projects & Consulting

A defined scope, a fixed price, a finish line. Migrations, builds, integrations and the strategy behind them.

Scoped and quoted per project

  • Microsoft 365 rollout and migration
  • Cloud strategy and storage
  • Systems integration
  • Custom web and SaaS development
  • Staff training

Good to know: project clients get audit findings credited toward scope.

Straight answers

The six questions every owner asks before they call

Answering these on the page — instead of on a discovery call — is what turns a browser into a booking.

How fast do you actually respond?

Between 5 and 30 minutes, and that's a real person — not an auto-reply with a case number attached. Anything that has stopped your business from working goes to the front of the queue.

What does it cost?

One flat monthly fee per user, with everything listed above included — unlimited tickets, no per-incident charges, no after-hours surcharge, no setup fee. We quote it after the free audit, because pricing you before we've looked at your network is guessing. Hourly and project work is quoted the same way.

Are we too small for you?

We work with DFW businesses from single offices to multi-site operations. If you're small enough that hourly support is genuinely better value, we'll tell you that on the call instead of selling you a plan you don't need.

We already have an IT guy. What then?

Plenty of our clients keep theirs. We take the 24/7 monitoring, patching, security and backup load off them so they can work on the projects you actually hired them for. The audit will show you which parts are worth handing over.

How long am I locked in?

Hourly and project work carries no commitment at all. Monthly plans have a set term and notice period, both written into the agreement and walked through with you before you sign — nothing buried, nothing auto-renewing without a heads up.

Do you come to our office, or is this all remote?

Both. Remote first because it's faster, on-site whenever the problem needs hands on hardware. On-site visits are included in monthly plans across the DFW metro — no trip charge, no mileage line item.

The part owners ask about twice

What "unlimited" actually means

It's the claim on this page that sounds too good to be true, so here it is spelled out plainly — including the part that's genuinely in our interest, not just yours.

Call once or call fifty times. Same invoice.

There is no per-ticket charge, no incident bundle to burn through, and no after-hours surcharge. Nobody here has a reason to ration your support or tell your team to wait until Monday.

It flips our incentive, and that's the real point.

A break-fix shop earns more when your systems fail. On a flat fee, every recurring problem we eliminate permanently is money we keep. So we go after root causes instead of managing the same failure every quarter.

Included means included.

On-site visits across DFW, monitoring, patching, security, backups, and setting up the laptop for the person you hired last week. All inside the monthly fee — not a line item that shows up later.

The honest catch: unlimited covers support, not hardware you haven't bought yet or projects with a defined scope. Those get quoted separately, and we'll tell you which bucket something falls in before we start.

Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. You leave with a written list of what's exposed, what's costing you, and what to fix first — whether or not you hire us.

What actually happens

  1. Book a 30-minute slot. No forms beyond name, email and company.
  2. We review your network, security posture, backups and licensing.
  3. You get a written findings sheet with risks ranked by cost.
  4. You decide. No follow-up sequence unless you ask for one.
