 Verified I have been with IT Y'all for 11 months and I could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism that I've seen. Olivier is a great guy and is super responsive when I put in my tickets to service. He goes above and beyond to cure our IT issues and will even go out of his comfort zone to figure it out.  Verified Great service and communication! After months of trying to connect my laptop and "wireless" printer, I gave up and was annoyingly printing with the usb cable connected EVERY TIME. It got old, really quick so I reached out to the company, who was referred by a friend. This service was great because I didn't have to leave home, and because of the remote connection, they were able to directly look for the problematic source. I couldn't tell say exactly what was done because I'm not computer savvy but I can say that it works now! I was able to watch everything that was done on the screen and also when the connection ended (I'm weird about stuff like that!). Overall, I'm happy with printing lazily from my bed and would use this company again!
